Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. We ship products in the United States using various shipping methods depending on the size of your order. For larger orders, we ship common carrier (18-wheeler) with lift gate service. Please make sure your residence can accommodate a common carrier delivery (18-wheeler) or you may have to meet the truck at a convenient location for unloading. Someone must be at the location for delivery as the shipping company will not deliver without a signature. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order and destination, excluding applicable sales tax.
Shipping Damage - We will file all shipping claims as long as damages are noted on the bill of lading:
YOU MUST CHECK YOUR ORDER COMPLETELY AT TIME OF DELIVERY!! IF YOU NOTICE DAMAGE, YOU MUST NOTE ALL DAMAGE ON THE SHIPPER’S BILL OF LADING. IF YOU DO NOT NOTE THE DAMAGE WITH THE SHIPPER, WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY DAMAGED MATERIAL.
If you have listed the damage on the shipper’s delivery slip, we are happy to replace any damaged items. Please send photos of any damage and a list of items to be replaced to claims@allfencedirect.com within 3 days of receipt.
Damages, Incorrect Items or Any Other Problems must be reported to All Fence Direct with 30 days after your products were received.
